Case Mix Index can be used to adjust the average cost per patient (or day) for a given hospital relative to the adjusted average cost for other hospitals. This is done by dividing the average cost per patient (or day) by the hospital's calculated CMI.
Refractive index value of a medium - when it is higher then the speed of light in that medium would become lower. In case of water it travels faster compared to that in glass. In case of diamond the speed is further reduced. Since the refractive index is inversely related to the speed of light in the medium.

Index Of Refraction
The prism is an optical device which offers different refractive index for different colours. If we take the case of white light which consists of "VIBGYOR". The red light will have less refractive index when compared to Violet or Blue colurs. The refractive index depends on the wavelength of the incident wave. If the wavelength is more , refactive index is less and vice versa. Uma

I assume "molecular refractive index" refers to "the refractive index of a group of molecules". In this case, you just use the units for a refractive index - i.e., a dimensionless number.
example of administrative case
A clinical case manager in Houston, Texas.?
If it's a federal case you can try googling it. If it's a local case you can visit the court and check the case index.
Perhaps "Index Case?"
