Non-Woven Web Forming
The web formation phase of Non-Woven manufacturing processes transforms previously prepared/formed fibers, filaments, (or films), into preferentially arranged layers of lofty and loosely held fiber networks called webs, batts, mats, or sheets.
Latest carding technology is used to produce the desired webs of staple fibers. Here at Feathertouch three carding lines are present to run all types of fibers and produce customer's desired Non-Woven. We use the most versatile web-forming system for Non-Woven i.e. carding and cross lapping. All the critical fabric parameters such as unfinished product weight and manufactured width are established at this web formation.
The web formation process maintains the trend of improved quality, increased speeds, and process monitoring by using electronic information as a feedback mechanism to control the process and quality of the web.
In our Non-Woven manufacturing systems, the fiber material is deposited or laid on a forming or conveying surface, and the physical environment at this phase is always dry hence the terms drylaid Non-Woven manufacturing is used with our manufacturing facilities.
From this process the material is sent to different Non-Woven bonding processe
they are fabrics, which are not woven. that's about all.
INDA produces and supports the manufacturing and selling of nonwoven fabrics. They have been in business since 1968 ensuring fair trade and selling of nonwoven fabrics.

Examples of woven fabrics are muslins, poplin, and taffeta.
Towels are made from many fabrics like cotton, rayon, bamboo, nonwoven fibers or a few other materials.
Veronica Mei Yin Wong has written: 'Choice of nonwoven fusible interlinings for apparel fabrics'
There are many good drapery fabrics that don't fade in the sunlight. Examples of good drapery fabrics that don't fade in the sunlight includes silk fabrics and woven fabrics.
Some examples: Wool, cotton, flax, mohair or silk
Cotton and Linen are two examples of fabrics made from plants.
Waterproof and water-repellent fabrics materials treated with various substances so as to make them impervious to water. Some examples are: Gore-tex Vinyl Fluoropolymers
See this link.
Examples are wool, cotton, flax.More specifically, materials, not fabrics, are natural or synthetic. Some synthetic materials are dacron, nylon, polyester, etc. Some natural materials are wool, cotton, flax, silk, etc. Materials are fabricated into fabrics like velvet, chiffon, broadcloth, knits, percale, etc.
