The most effective weight loss is caloric reduction. It really does not matter what you eat as long as you don't exceed a set number of calories per day. (This is based on exercise levels and age)

All of them....the key to losing weight is expending more calories than your body burns in a day. A diet of fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meat and whole grains combined with exercise including weight training and cardio will help lose weight and tone the body

Any excercise can help you to lose weight. It is reccomended you start with something simple such as walking or jogging, then move up to running and doing work-outs such as crunches and 'burpees'. well there is tummy tucks, push ups, sit ups, running on the spot, using treadmills, walking machines, biking machine , biking and also you can just go to the store and ask for exercise machines that you can use to lose weight
