it depends obvoisly people make good films all around the world, except for the French.
If you complete the requirements for a minor after graduating with your bachelors, it will not be listed as your minor to the existing bachelors degree. However, you should check with the office of the registrar at the institution you graduated from. Remember also, you can always supplement an existing degree with a certificate program.
