They are two different things... apple products such as the ipod touch have cheap 1 dollar to 4 dollar games that are fun and addictive and carry music. Dsi are games that require video games but I would get the ipod touch because its really good and 3ds I heard has problems

as an opinion i say ipod is better. heres why: with the mp4 you cannot download apps or games. you only get the pre built in game. the ipod touch u ccan download apps and games. the problem with the mp4 is that its not made by apple so you cant download things off of itunes.
