Energy drinks typically are not very healthy they contain dyes, sugar, chemical sweeteners, and often unheatlhy levels of caffine. There are some healier products coming on the market but they tend to be very pricy.

I don't know that there is really a HEALTHY energy drink, as almost all energy drinks contain chemicals that are not usually found in mass quantities in the human body, BUT some that are most commonly cited as "healthy" FRS, AdvoCare,or ZipFizz.

There are many "Energy drinks" that are disguised as sports drinks however be aware that they do dehydrate the body. The official sports drink mentioned above about supply energy whilst also rehydrating the body using electrolytes.

Dear Anonymous User, Well, all energy drinks would be considered good because they give you energy, but there may be some that you find more preferable than others. In my opinion Monster, Red Bull, and Cocaine are the best energy drinks. If you don't find any of the three that I gave you preferable than look it up. Vista Cruzer
