In America, sadly, there isn't so much of a channel for Anime to be on. If you have Comcast, they have Anime on OnDemand, but you have to subscribe to it and I believe Pandora Hearts isn't there, only the classic known animes. You can go on YouTube and watch it or go to an Electronics store like BestBuy and BlockBuster Maybe? You might have a chance of finding it on eBay.

Personally I'm not sure how high the rate is, but I can tell you that the anime is nice. :) It's like a mixture of Alice Academy & Full-metal alchemist. It makes you want to watch more and find out the truth and at the same time funny, though it has a hint of jealousy of favoritism in the story between Oz and Alice. Haha :) Anyone out there who know the ratings for this anime can edit my answer, but please don't erase it! :D Good day and bye bye!

A really good place to watch it is the place that I have been watching it for some time now. http://www.animefreak.tv All that you have to do is click on "anime a-z" at the top and then click on the first letter that the anime begins with (in this case it would be P). Then you will get a list of all of the animes that begin with the letter. Pandora Hearts is only subbed though. It isn't translated yet. But then again, this is being written on 3 February, 2010. So I don't know if it will be like that a few monthes from now. And unless you have a very terrible computer, it should go pretty well. Even on my computer it isn't all that slow.
