Personally I'm not sure how high the rate is, but I can tell you that the anime is nice. :) It's like a mixture of Alice Academy & Full-metal alchemist. It makes you want to watch more and find out the truth and at the same time funny, though it has a hint of jealousy of favoritism in the story between Oz and Alice. Haha :)
