If you have already brought seeds (equestrian center>store>agriculture) and a meadow (equestrian center>store>meadows), go to equestrian center then go to your meadows. Click the (+) to the right of the meadow you want to plant the seeds in. Select the option that lets you plant them and then select the fertilizer (if you don't have any go to equestrian center>store>agriculture and buy some or buy 50 droppings and go to equestrian center>meadows>make manure from droppings and make 2). Hope that helped!
The shop will not have either of these items. To get carrots, you must ask the owner of the equestrian center to grow some. The equestrian center will not have the salt blocks. The only way to get those is for your horse to find one in the box when you put it in there.
You should name your equestrian center whatever you like. It should reflect your personality. Some ideas could include references to horses or equines. Possible names could thus be "Horse Heaven" or "Equines R Fine." You could also name it after yourself, such as "Smith's Equestrian Center." There is no one "best" name, because everyone has their own opinion.
There is no uni quiz. There may be some contests in players' equestrian center forums where you can win a uni, but there is nothing else.
What tax form do I use for equestrian expenses not reimbursed on the job?
If you are talking about the game howrse...they can be anything...it doesn't even have to do with horses if you want. It might help to go and look at some other equestrian centers to get ideas.
You can go into other people's forums, sign guestbooks and tell people about your EC, you can put your own horses in the EC so you have some money flowing or you can make mashes, grow carrots, and get a few boxes at a time. Basically just advertise!
Equestrian events, both the riders and the horses can be male or female.
You can enter the public forums at any stage in your Howrse career. Some Equestrian Centers' forums are only available to the people who have horses boarded at that center.

Yes. the Holsteiner Verband near Hamburg in Germany takes riding pupils. You live at their centre in a small apartment, get a cooked lunch and ride the horses in their stable. It is VERY hard work and you have to be a very good rider to start. You probably won't get paid but board is supplied and it gives an insight into the standard of riding over there. It helps to speak German.
