There aren't really any "official" drinking games for the Wii lol. Game doesn't matter either. Just come up with a certain condition or event in which one would be required to take a drink. As far as resident evil 4 goes, whether one is playing or all four or playing, every time someone dies someone would take a shot, or everytime someone went though a door. Be creative!
There is Beer Pong on WiiWare, though...
Take a shot every time leon says a cheesy one liner.
