They are just there as a reminder that you are taking pills, and not get you off track. You dont really have to take them (they are just sugar pills, there is no medicine in them), you just have to remind yourself that the Sunday after your period ends , you will need to start your new pack and continue with your daily birth contol routine.
i think its possible. whatever exercise u do u are burning off fat. but if u want to exercise for a few hours then u should take breaks in between so u dont pass out. and in order to lose weight it wud be good to keep a schedule of ur exercise programs e.g running, plus a diet.
