Any fruit will work well dipping in a fondue as long as it has the consistency to hold together on a skewer. Any fruit that will not stay put on a skewer when being dipped in the fondue of your choice would not be a good idea.

Add cream (which will prevent the chocolate from going lumpy) and stir gently but constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth. 3. Add vanilla extract, and stir it in. 4. Use a fondue fork to spear the fruit, then dip it in the chocolate! Mmmmmm!
