Generally hamsters need a fairly well sized cage, preferably with more than one level. Try to get one with a tube in it because being in the tube is like its natural habitat. You should also get a bed- a plastic igloo or any other your pet shop might recommend, and also a weel for inside the cage and a ball to go outside for exercise. Remember to clean it out around once a week!!
