A Rush of Blood to the Head is by far their best album, in my opinion. Of the eleven songs that are on the album, I'd give 9 of them 5/5 stars (I'd give Daylight 3/5 and the title track 4/5)
My favorite Coldplay song, Warning Sign, is on that album, and so is Amsterdam, which is a close second. This is also the album that has Clocks on it. Other great songs on that album are: In My Place, The Scientist, Politik, and A Whisper.
