walk. and push yourself to walk and extra block everyday, or every week if you are older or in weaker health. if you cant walk, try doing arm exercises with soup cans, like bicep curls, lateral lifts to exercise the shoulders, lift the cans out to the side, and out to the front.

if nothing else, try doing some basic stretching. try to push yourself a little more each time. makes goals for yourself. try toe touches... if you can't touch your toes by bending over, see if you can work up to it. every time you use a muscle you exercise it
