I LOVE this recipe and i read it from one of my school books (amazing!):
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 flavored yogurt
milk
peel the banana and cut it into little circles, (keep one circle on the side) put it in the blender, then add the whole cup of flavored yogurt (any flavor but i recommend cherry) into the blender, AND DONT THROW AWAY THE CUP. You use the cup for the yogurt to pour the milk into and then into the blender. grab a cup and then slit the side of the one banana circle you left on the side, put it on the cup. stick a straw in the cup, blend the drink, pour, and finally, ENJOY!
Then another one is to mix your favorite fruits in the blender (cut up) and add some ice and then pour! Enjoy!
