foods that have protein, calcium, and vitamins are fruits and veggies obviously, meats that have no sign of fat, fish, vitamins, wheat bread, and lots more. If you eat something like, "weight watchers", well you could but it's a LOT better to eat your own prepared meals. some things that shouldn't be eatin if you are on a diet or something are Hamburgers, oily fries, chips, cookies, candies, you get the picture
