I don't know that there is really a HEALTHY energy drink, as almost all energy drinks contain chemicals that are not usually found in mass quantities in the human body, BUT some that are most commonly cited as "healthy" FRS, AdvoCare,or ZipFizz.
Energy drinks typically are not very healthy they contain dyes, sugar, chemical sweeteners, and often unheatlhy levels of caffine. There are some healier products coming on the market but they tend to be very pricy.
Healthy drinks are the ones that are natural, not man-made. Water is the best, followed by fruit juice. Then you have UNSWEETENED tea or coffee.The LEAST healthy drinks are sodas and energy drinks.
