Found my chains at Walmart for $35, don't forget the special bungies to keep them tight on your wheel. ps Chains are not illegal in all states. I believe chains are illegal in all states of the US unless you are driving a fuel tanker but I could be wrong. Although I have never seen chains in that size before. If you want better traction I suggest buying some snow tires.

Unfortunately, it is a very difficult part to get to, and it takes some special tools in order to replace it properly. If you've never replaced your water-pump and you're past 75,000 miles, your car is essentially a ticking time-bomb. You should look into getting it replaced along with the timing belt and thermostat.
