This is more of a personal preference question but there are a variety of sources that include top films of all time. Some more prominent sites are IMDB and Wikipedia that list what films they consider to be good.

No. I believe some heroines may be overrated, but there are many male heroes that are overrated as well. It is wonderful that women and girls have the option and empowerment to look up to or be heroines.

When I did a search at IMDB for "Feature Films" that were "Westerns" and had "John Wayne" listed in the credits; I got 91 films. Some of these were only produced by Wayne, for some he had only a bit part, and some could be argued as not being westerns. So let's say "about" 80.
