In the summer, the sun shines all the time, even at midnight. As the sea freezes, the salt rises to the surface as crystals called ice flowers. The only tree that grows in the tundra is the dwarf willow tree, which can grow to be a maximum of 4 inches tall is the world's youngest biome.

The tundra is very very cold place. animals like penguins, polar bears, and more live there. plants like the dwarf willow tree(that only grown up to 5 inches tall) and the arctic moss and the bearberry grow there so that is about it, kids bye and i hope u find more useful information about the tundra like that the deep ground cant melt at ALL and that its called permofrost.
