Some of the crops were beans, avocado, squash, sweet patatoes, etc. Some of the things that were hunted were dog, duck, turkey, etc.Why they lived on the Water:The Aztecs lived on the water for protection from predators. When I first learned this my thought was: "How do they grow their crops?" The answer is, is that they piled up mud and dirt to make fertile soil to grow. It worked for them.That's all I know for now.
