In order to improve muscle strength, you can concentrate on exercises like push-ups, squats and pull-ups. Doing multiple sets with 5-10 repetitions each is good for building strength. As you get stronger, you can add more reps. Muscle endurance will improve as your muscles build strength. Moving from one exercise to another with no or little rest will get your muscles used to working harder, longer.

For muscular press/push-ups for the arms.

Endurance is probably sit ups or jogging/sprinting.

These have to be done regularly.
