The Santa Elena was carrying passengers & cargo when it completely flipped over in the Tapiche River on a Thursday. 19 children from newborns to 12 year olds were killed. only 8 were found. 100 passengers were on it while happened. Several bdies were found downstream. A family of 4 was found alive beneath the overturned hull 20 hours after. Mix in some Selfishness, Thoughtlessness, Greed, Ignorance, and not a little Stupidity, and you have a mess. Think of it as a very intricate and yet delicate Closed-Loop Feedback System.
