Althought it's a bit unofficial ( from the back of a Halo 4 Action Figurine box ), there appears to be two, but only two new antogonists. You have the new Crawler and Watcher:
Very little information can be gleaned from these pictures, other than the Crawler looks vaguely organic, whereas the Watcher looks much more like a piece of Covenant equipment.
