Not sure about Billund, but I found this for Legoland Florida. Here it's all geared toward kids from 36 inches and up, so 4 to 12 years old have the fun. Three rollercoasters but nothing so long that they didn't want to back on over and over again.
There 's something for everyone. They just opened a new water park - wave pool, slides etc. Giant botanical garden that was Cypress Gardens (the 1st theme park in Florida).
A bunch of shows for the kids, water skiing and Pirate show. Four or five Roller Coasters, lot of cool rides, short lines, healthy food. It's a great value. Centerpiece is miniland - 20 million legos of New York, San Francisco, Washington, Vegas

This is a bit of a strange question but if you are referring to LEGOland Windsor, England: Along with the obvious requirements for water (drinks etc.), some rides use water and Mini Land has replica rivers, lakes etc. (real water, not lego).
