No!! No, Bullet For My Valentine is not a Christian band! They are a secular (worldly) metal band. In some of their songs though such as Say Goodnight, Road to Nowhere and Deliver Us From Evil, the band refers to Heaven and God (in a GOOD Way). Deliver us from Evil, they have a quote from the "Our Father" prayer. So, they might have a Christian-type faith, or alteast they probably believe in God. it is a metalcore band which is a type of christian rock. so I believe it is.
There is a wide range of options for one to view Bullet For My Valentine videos. One can watch some videos from the groups official website, on YouTube and on Underground Video Television.
They were inspired by the bands, 'Metalilca' and 'Nirvana.' So that's the closest band(s). Well Bullet for My Valentine was only influenced by Metallica and Nirvana...I don't think they really sound alike at all. Some say Trivium but Bullet and Trivium IMO sound nothing alike. My best bet would be Black Tide.
Parkway Drive, Never See Tommorrow, Bermuda, The Devil Wears Prada, Alesana, Attack Attack, Bullet For My Valetine, Some of Escape the Fate's Songs. Basically any bands classified as 'screamo' which is the incorrect classification but stupid people who don't know anything about the music call it 'Screamo'. There's some great bands out there though, Bring me the horizon are one of the best.
Fearless has some of my fave songs, and some of her best ones too!
Many Linkin Park songs are man versus self conflict. Five Finger Death Punch's Battle Born, Nightmare, Almost Easy, and Welcome to the Family by Avenged Sevenfold, and a few songs by Bullet for my Valentine fit with this genre. Down with the Sickness and Prayer by Disturbed and Crimson Orchid's Death is Not for Everyone are also good self-conflict songs.
Try this one:When I'm 64, by The BeatlesWhen I get older, losing my hair, many years from nowWill you still be sending me a Valentine, ... etc...
Metallica, Disturbed, Scorpians (a German classic rock band), Dream Theatre, Bullet For My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold, and AC/DC are all Heavy Metal/Grunge/Classic Hard Rock. Most of their songs have some pretty good riffs, and easily recognizable. To name a few - One - Metallica. Stricken - Disturbed. Rock You Like A Hurricane (and another famous song by them) No One Like You - as made famous by the Scorpians. Pull Me Under - Dream Theatre. There's a lot of Grunge and Heavy Metal songs by Bullet For My Valentine, just about every one of their songs is. The Wicked End - Avenged Sevenfold. Back In Black (also, some other ones) - Thunderstruck (which is just pull-offs and hammer-ons, the intro is very famous), You Shook Me All Night Long, Hells Bells - All by AC/DC.
It means, you should get better taste in music. Put some Whitney Houston on, and rock the f**k out.
Padge is Bullet formy valentine's guitarist's stage name, his full name is Micheal padget but on some website it says that a padge is a male goat or something.
