Some of the blessings of liberty that I enjoy are the freedom of speech, the right to peacefully assemble, the freedom of religion, the right to own property, and the right to travel freely withing and between states. I can help to make sure that future generations will also enjoy these blessings by not taking them for granted, and not abusing my power.

The framers of the Constitution wanted to secure the blessings of of equality/liberty.
Actually, while it sounds like that, those are not the exact words. In the preamble (introduction) to the constitution, it uses the words "to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..." Posterity is an old word for "future generations." So, the Founding Fathers are declaring that they want to make sure that future generations live in a free country and enjoy the blessings of liberty.
