That is the same thing as asking if Americans have bad tempers. Some do, some don't.

Some Italians stereotype Americans as being self-absorbed and ignorant, but others who have met Americans like the fact that they are usually so friendly and laid-back. Italians simply dislike the "ignorant tourist American" rather than American people in general. Also, Italians are much pickier about food and generally schedule their meals, oftentimes finding it odd that Americans don't schedule meals and have little to no "food culture."

Pizza, lasagna, ravioli basically any pasta dish. Italians are renowned for their love of pasta dishes.
Some Native American traditional foods had a lot to do with corn. This included corn bread, stews, and smoked meat. The foods they ate were very natural.

Food in Italy varies from region to region, and sometimes, from city to city or town to town.
