Whether or not Mormonism is false is your personal opinion. All religion is based on personal faith and belief and cannot be proven absolutely true or absolutely false. Those who believe that Mormonism is false believe that way for many reasons. Some take issue with the doctrines, practices, or claims of Mormonism. Others have a problem with faith in general, not trusting something that for which they can't have tangible evidence.
The short answer is "no." The longer answer is something like "No; what are you smoking?" By your standards, apparently Amway is a valid religion, as is bank robbery, but Mormonism, Catholicism, Protestantism, and essentially every other form of religion is "incomplete and false." That's just messed up. There are plenty of things that might cause a reasonable person to doubt Mormonism (no offense intended). The fact that you "have to go outside the religion to make money" is not one of them.
Does it help you to be a better person? Does it help to make the world a better place? If so, it is true. If not, it is false.
Many of them have misconceptions about the Catholic Church and make false assumptions about it.
Nope. The President of the United States is chosen by the votes of the Electoral College, not by God. Even if God did have a hand in choosing the president, perhaps He didn't want a Mormon to win because it would allow Mormonism to become too mainstream, or because it would thwart the pending collapse of governments prior to the Second Coming. Some conservative Christians believe God wants to punish Americans by allowing Barack Obama a second term. Catholics, Protestants, and other Mormons have lost presidential elections in every election - that does not prove that their religion is false, and rarely has anything to do with their religion at all.
It's just you.
Unfortunately, not having the full statements will make this more difficult to answer. (A) is False; (B) is True; (C) is Imcomplete and therefore could be true or false.
For the same reasons that ALL people make art: to express culture, religion, politics, feelings, and knowledge.
A:Not all evil in this word stems from religion, not even from fundamentalist or populist religion. Evil deeds are performed by people for a whole range of reasons, sometimes reasons that even the perpetrator does not fully understand. We can not blame an excessive attention to religion. And even when religion could be an underlying reason for evil, we can not make innocent believers responsible for the actions of others.
No, you do not need to be certified by the government to create a religion. However, there may be legal requirements depending on the activities and practices of the religion, such as tax-exempt status or incorporation as a religious organization.
No.
The concept of religion is a set of one's personal beliefs. If you believe that religion is make believe, that is your religion. Religion does not necessarily have any ceremonies attached.
Though Constantine made Christianity the official religion, he still retained his pagan beliefs. It was for political reasons he made the change. He could see the streangth that Christianity was gaining and that the old ways would soon be done away with. The change was for political reasons only and not in his belief in a Christian God.
