Facebook as such is only used for creating a social network and being in touch with friends.
personally i beg to differ. so we all know about the earthquakes and tsunami in Japan and i ha about thirteen friends over there at the time and facebook allowed em to keep in contact with them ond fro them to tell everyone that they are safe. facebook is also a great way to keep in touch iwth people who are overseas and also finding old frinds whom you may have lost contact in. whilst i believe that facebook has many negative impacts on teenagers i also think that it is a great place to talk to firends its like one huge conference call.
