Furthermore, the house is probably near your work place thereby reducing driving time and gas expenses. Conversely, the company house will probably be shared by a group of people resulting in less privacy for you. Also, if for some reason you decide to quit the company or if you get fired, you once again will forced with the burden of moving and finding a new home.
