Azumanga Daioh is hilarious and is an anime and a manga. Yotsuba& is a manga, not an anime, but it was the funniest manga Ive ever read. Hope this helps

The Anime is currently suspended/cancelled, specifically no new episodes after 366 are planned. At the current time there are no comments about the future of the English dubbed adaptation of the anime. It is still currently planned to continue into season 14. There is speculation/hope that when Tite Kubo finishes the, "Final arc" the anime will be resumed.
