Irritation and redness were the top complaints of users of this product. Sensitivity to the wind and the sun were also common complaints. Peeling was another complaint and among the most common.
Jan Marini products are generally sold at dermatology specialist places. Jan Marini products are stronger than typical dermatological products so they are not available at drug stores.

Jan Marini is not a good product to buy. There has been many negative reviews of the product and it might be a mistake to buy after reading all the negative views.
I am pretty sure one of the ingredients is a prostaglandin/prostaglandins - but there are many different formulations of prostaglandins - there is one that has been shown to show great side affects in eye lashes (which is the one I believe is in Jan Marini's Eye Lash Conditioner). Cayman Chemical company makes them and may have some more information. I'm currently unable to identify the prostaglandin in the ingredients section - but am trying to find out...
There were little to no side effects. The build up phase (Operation Desert Shield in 1990) utilized existing stocks. The combat phase (Operation Desert Storm in Jan to Feb 1991) lasted less than 45 days, which was not enough time for any negative side effects to be noticed by the public.

I have been on Metoprolol ER 100mg for the past 3 years. I am very sensitive to side effects of medicines and have been on many medicines for a type of tachycardia called WPW. This by far is the best heart medicine I have been on. No side effects whatsoever and like I said I usually have side effects to everything. I am sure it can vary from person to person but I have been great since I started on it. You may feel a bit more tired at first when you start it but that is it. Just make sure you have the right dosage of this medicine I believe it comes in 50mg 100mg and 200 mg. My Dr. started me off on 50mg first then I moved up to 100mg. While taking this medicine if it is for tachycardia you must take this medicine at the same time everyday. You cannot suddenly skip dosages or take it at a later time during the day if I am even late with taking a dosage I can definitely feel it and my heart speeds up. It could be dangerous for me if I do not. I am not sure what you are using the Metoprolol but that is just my opinion with the tachycardia. Good Luck!
I'm not a dentist but I am a doctor. I've had to use Alvogyl recently with more than one application for a long standing dry socket. I've asked numerous dentists and searched the internet for this answer. It seems that there are no known significant side effects except the possibility of delaying the overgrowth of new tissue over the dry socket to cover the exposed bone. It should therefore not be packed tightly in the socket - just enough to fill the space loosely. Hope this helps.
