What are some signs that the end of the world is coming?

Altough I don't pretain to be an expert there are 5 SCIENTIFIC signs of the world coming to an end.

1. The earth will warm up, bills, taxes, and price of water will rise.
2. After months of complaining, the governments of the world will admit there is a crisis.
3. Even after debts have been paid, 2 countries (possibly the U.S.S.R, China, Japan or maybe even the U.S.)will from an alliance to steal large amounts of water. and other needs from the rest of the world
4. The other governments will try to prevent this from occurring, but the 2 will prevail.
5. All supplies run out for negotians, by then, many people will lock themselves in their homes. War will break out (possibly nuclear) and many will perish. Those that survive will walk out to find the temperature is over 160 degrees F. Then all volcanoes will erupt because of the heat, incinerating people left. Finally the Earth will cool into a gigantic asteroid and be consumed by the Sun 2 billion years later when it explodes in a gigantic supernova or turns into a black hole.

6. There will be intensive spreading of God's word about repentance and

the need for salvation.

Strange how the world has had these perfectly normal events for millions of years and has not ended yet....

Mark chapter 13 provides a very clear indication of how we will know that the end of the world is near. One sign will be the destruction of the Temple and other great buildings in Jerusalem (13:2), which we now know occurred in 70 CE at the end of the Roman-Jewish war. Another will be when brother betrays brother to death, a description of the civil war that raged within the walls of Jerusalem in 70 CE, even while the Romans were beseiging the city from outside. A very clear sign will be when the sun ceases to shine, the moon becomes dark and the stars fall out of heaven (13:24-25). Then shall come Jesus in the clouds with great glory. All this will happen by the middle of the first century, during the lifetimes of some of those to whom Jesus spoke.

Of course this prophecy never came to pass as described in Mark's Gospel, but many imagine that similar signs will occur in the future and that the Second Coming will still occur. There will always be wars and there will always be earthquakes so, for a time, we can live in fear and expectation that this time it is for real. One sign that we can not expect to see is that the stars will fall out of heaven, because we now know the absolute impossibility of this happening.

Well No one really knows but ill support it in 1 way.

Biblical: Technology is really high, days become shorter like time is faster false profits ( people who say the world will end)

According to Mark's Gospel, in chapter 13, the signs that the world would end soon are the destruction of the Jerusalem Temple and the desolation that followed the Roman-Jewish War and the civil war that also took place in Jerusalem during the Roman seige in 70 CE. The sun shall be darkened, the moon will not shine and the stars will fall out of the sky. All these things will happen during the lives of some of the generation alive at the time of Jesus.
