Start with stretching out your neck- side to side, front to back. Breathe deeply as you do it. Stretch out your back by folding your hands behind your back and arching your back, breathing deeply as you do it. Now reverse that motion, and fold your hands in front of you, slouching your back and stretching it out. Take your right arm across your chest, pull it tight across your body with your other arm, and roll your shoulders around and down. Now repeat with your left arm. Crumple up a piece of paper and toss it in the air, and catch it as it comes down. This will engage more of your total body in a stress relieving motion.
One very good exercise is walking. You should take a few walk breaks during the day to get away from work and clear your mind. Sitting at your desk all day without taking a break is not healthy.
