The struggles will vary from couple to couple and also depend greatly on where the couple resides. Many people today have become more accepting of interracial couples, but as with every other social issue or relationship, there will always be someone out there that doesn't like it. For those individuals I say - Oh well, too bad...get over it. These people may never have the nerve to approach or comment directly to the couple. Others may point and laugh but in the end, those people don't matter. While others, depending on their position in society, may make an attempt to complicate the lives of the couple. Bankers, waitresses, police officers, etc... may only speak to their "preferred race" within the couple or attempt to make receiving their services as difficult as possible. There is the possibility that someone in one of the couple's families doesn't accept the relationship and this tends to create an atmosphere of tension. Interracial couples generally tend to "feel out" the attitudes of coworkers before revealing their relationship. These things happen and ignorance for some will never die, but in the end, all that really matters is the love shared between two people. The pigmentation of one's skin should never be a deterrent for love.

It all depends on what you believe, if you are strongly religious then probably not, if you are less religious then it can be as long as you and your other think so. Honestly it isn't a yes no answer. Personally i think it is good.
