Every other drink (even drinking water with Crystal Light) has some calories, some sugar, some carbs and other stuff Club soda isn't all that bad for you. Its just that plain drinking water (with nothing in it...not even Crystal light) is more healthier for the body because its just water and its easier for the body to put it to good use (and it could be used right away or quicker than carbonated water)
