State Line Tack has some good stuff, but their supplies in western are limited. Although its a bit more pricey, Rods is also a good store.
everyone i think would have there own opinion on this question. but i perfer western and English tack from the others. both western and English are very comfortable.
There is no specifically pink tack, however you can craft a Pink English Saddlepad, and a Pink Western Saddlepad. Several tacks have red elements, such as Beautiful tack and Icarus tack.
You can make two types of tack: English and Western. You can craft English tack (bridles, saddles, and saddle pads) in Witherton. And Jungle Isle's craft shop has the Western crafting section. It will have directions on what you need for each item.
