Stuck pixels are a fault that can be found on LCD televisions. The liquid crystal shutters normally open and close to pass varying amount of light through the panel. Every shutter should operate independently and change from fully open to fully closed.
A stuck pixel is the result of a shutter that is stuck in an open or closed position. If it is open, a bright red, green or blue dot will be seen. If it closed, then it will show up on lighter images as a dark colored dot.
Stuck pixels are very rare in the latest screens although they are still found from time to time.

The number of pixels per inch on a widescreen television will also depend on the type of television it is. For example an HDTV television will have more pixels per inch to provide better picture quality. An HDTV would run at approximately 1080 pixels per inch.
However, pixels are different sizes on different displays, so the answer is 58.74 pixels per inch on a 75-inch 4K television, for example, but 440.58 pixels per inch on a 5"-inch full HD smartphone screen.
They are dead pixels, a television screen is made up of thousands of pixels and depending on which ones show a specific color more often or if you leave your tv on some pixels will eventually die over time. A single pixel cannot be fixed you would have to replace the entire screen.
for Example, on your TV Screen there is little boxes, those are pixels, if you look closely, the "Avatar" is made up of Pixels. So people call their Habbo Avatars " A Pixel " or "Pixels"
A discount LCD monitor has around "1920 x 1080" pixels but this may vary by the type of flat screen television you have as all televisions are not the same. A standard monitor will have the lowest possible settings for pixels.
