A number of the other children will try to be friends with the bully, they will look up to him and approve what he is doing. Who will the bully pick on? He or she will pick on the person with the fewest friends. One solution is to isolate the bully and make friends with his victims. Let the bully's followers know you do not like the way they enable his or her nastiness.
