First off, there are a lot of themes within The Bible. I think it's good to realize that each "book" was written separately by different groups of people. As such, the books of the Bible often have interlocking themes, but each book addresses one or more themes. Many books, like Jude or most of the New Testament writings, introduce themes as well in an effort to address more confusing ones.
Also, while Theological and Secularly developed themes are slightly different, they are also intertwined. A new Secular discovery will spur a Theological research effort, and vice versa.
It also depends on what you want answered. Some people would call marriage a "theme," when really it is probably a part of the theme, "New Testament adjustment to Mosaic Law."
Anyway... common themes include Cosmogony, or creation stories, (from three different documents in the Old Testament, as well as in Jude and numerous places in the New Testament).
Post-Exodus rituals. This is after Levitic Law and includes the Passover, which is a large part of this theme. It expands on the symbolic meaning of actions, especially remembrance and ancestry.
Ancestry and Old Testament concepts of the Messiah.
New Testament concepts of the Messiah.
There are many more, but these are some that span the entire Bible. And also what I can think of just off the top of my head.
John 3:16, Gospel of John, is one of the most widely quoted verses from the Christian Bible and has been called the most famous Bible verse. It has also been called the "Gospel in a nutshell" because it is considered a summary of the central tenets of traditional Christianity:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The subject of the biblical text is the same from start to end, it never wavers and never changes.
There are many false teachers of our fathers word in the world today and Christ warned you of that in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 and Luke 21 as did our Father in the words of the prophets. You need to read and understand the word so you are not deceived by such nonsense as this claim to 12 themes. Its ignorance of the written word which causes the masses on the earth today to fall down on their knees an worship Stan as if he were Jesus Christ the lamb slain (2 Thessalonians chapter 2 and Revelation chapter 13). Jesus will not be happy when he returns to find his people on their knees before a fake Jesus... he will not be happy at all... he will be furious! Best get cracking that book open brothers and sisters.
