I took a couple of seconds & entered a Google search on: 2004-5 Dodge Caravan Mileage Estimates & GOT: a PERSONAL OFFERING from a Caravan owner: 17-21 MPG in town & his best of 26 MPGs on the Highway. I cannot verify and offer only a hint for the questioner to do the same on Google, with Dodge/Chrysler & anyplace else he cares to look. GOOD LUCK. Mr. FUEL FIX I heard that someone add an HHO system to a caravan and got 28 mpg city and 41 mph hiway. I will try to comfirm this as I would love to get this mileage.
12 is battery disconnencted recently 21 is oxygen sensor stays at center. 55 is end of message.
Turn Key on, do not start engine. Cycle key on and off 5 times (without starting engine) Check engine light will flash in a series. Example: flash, flash, short pause, flash= 21. If there are more than one code there will be a longer pause then the next code. Luke J. Wisconsin
