1. Federal Legislative Powers - Congressmen have the power to make laws, investigate, to hold hearing and consider the matters upon which legislation may be enacted
2. Federal Executive Powers - The President take care of the clause. To make sure that the law is faithfully executed. Power of appointment, pardon, veto and treaty.
3. Federal Judicial Powers - The Supreme Court.
