The endocrine system of the body is the one that contains the glands. They consist of, the hypothalamus, pituitary, pineal, thyroid, thymus, pancreas, adrenals, and gonads. The gonads are the sex glands; ovaries in females and testes in males. The placenta is also considered as having some gland-like functions during pregnancy. The conjunctiva.
The function of the caruncula lacrimalis is uncertain. It contains sebacous and sweat glans but they seem unimportant in the presence of the tear glands and Meibomian glands. The form of the caruncula may have a fnction by itself, enhancing the outflow of tears through the canaliculi during blinking of the eyelids.

Tears come from the lachrymal glands, located under your upper eyelids.
The structural modification in the salivary glands that allow them to carry out their functions are the different sized glands and their location. The larger of the two glands is the parotid gland. The smaller of the two salivary glands is the submandibular gland.

Sebaceous glands secrete oil to protect the skin. Sweat glands secrete watery perspiration to excrete wastes and cool the body.
Conjunctiva
Oxytocin is a hormone that functions to activate the mammary glands to release milk. Prolactin is a hormone that functions to start milk production in the mammary glands. High levels of these hormones would lead to the mammary glands secreting milk.
