How can people plan tsunami's?

Tsunamis are caused by undersea landslides, which are generally caused by earthquakes. We can't know when these events will occur. The key thing is to be able to quickly recognize when this happens and to react appropriately. Having a plan to move quickly to higher ground, or to evacuate the area, these are about the only plans we can make. There was a primitive tribe in the Andaman Islands in which the ancient lore called for all the people to come to the mountain temple whenever there was an earthquake. Because all the villagers followed their tradition, everybody was at the temple, and high above sea level, when the 2004 tsunami hit.

How similar or different are your questions when compared with those of the astronomers?

It depends entirely on what "your questions" are. A key difference, which is likely, is that you would not ask questions about what omens the celestial events foretold.

Is there any way to survive a pyroclastic flow?

Technically yes. However, only a handful of people have ever survived a pyroclastic flow. A few people have been inside sturdy structures, either deep inside or with only small openings. One man survived in a jail cell. Most of these people still suffered third degree burns. Another person survived after he was knocked into a river and did not come up until after the flow had passed. Not inhaling is likely a key factor to prevent the gasses from searing your lungs. These survival cases appear to have been those caught at the edge of a flow or in a less dense pyroclastic surge and so any deposits of burning hot ash were thin.

How do you put Tsunami in Spain?

It is unclear what this question is asking. If it is asking how to say "tsunami" in Spanish, they use the same loanword from Japanese, i.e. "tsunami". They also have an older, less used word "maremoto" which correlates to the English term "tidal wave". If it is asking how you would subject the Iberian Peninsula to a tsunami, that would require a change in the faultine structure underneath the Mediterranean or the Atlantic Ocean. As it stands, the current Mid-Atlantic ridge does not have subduction zone, which is key in preventing tsunamis.
