I personally believe that it is not, because first of all, Pizza Hut doesn't taste very good compared to Round Table Pizza or Dominoes. I happen to like Little Caesars the most because the closest store to me makes good pizza and its only $5 for a large pizza.

The pizza hut happy hour is from monday to Friday between 3 till 6pm.I went along to the pizza hut happy hour in July 2010,for £5,from what i saw on Google i think it used to be £4. The pizza hut happy hour includes a main, which is a pizza or a pasta dish or salad. The side is a choice between potato wedges or garlic bread. Also a glass of soft drink,pepsi,7 up,or tango. In my opinion, the pizza hut happy hour was not great value for money,as a main I ordered a pizza, which turned out to be very small and not exactly filling,it was probably a 7" or smaller. My sister ordered the pasta dish called four cheese and vegetables which was a a bit of bland tasting pasta in the bottom of a big dish.As a side we ordered potato wedges, which was about 7 or 8 small wedges with a disgusting dip. The service, however was good, but all in all I would not recomend the happy hour as a meal, maybe just a quick snack.Hope this helps.
