You cannot find the "seven deadly sins" listed as such in the Bible, the seven deadly sins are a catechetical formula of the early Church used to teach Catechumens who were getting ready for confession.
Proverbs
16 There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him:
17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,
18 a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil,
19 a false witness who pours out lies, and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.
from The Catholic Encyclopedia, online edition at New Advent.
They are not called the seven deadly sins, except in popular culture, they are called the seven capital sins, in the Church. Nor are they found in the Bible, AS as list, they are a catechical formulation of the early church to teach people the seven "root" or kinds of sins. All of them are, ultimately sins of pride, the first sin of Satan, which cannot be overcome without God's help. So we must pray daily for the gift of humility. Listed below is a website that explains the Capital Sins, and below that a small book by the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration on how to deal with each sin. The Catechism of the Catholic Churchexplains in paragraph 1866:
Vices can be classified according to the virtues they oppose, or also be linked to the capital sins which Christian experience has distinguished, following St. John Cassian and St. Gregory the Great. They are called "capital" because they engender other sins, other vices. (Cf. St. Gregory the Great, Moralia in Job, 31, 45: J.P. Migne, ed., Patrologia Latina {Paris: 1841-1855}
from the website listed below:
1 John 2:16: For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, is not of the Father but is of the world.
In the above scripture, St. John talks about three basic types of sin - The lust of the flesh (gluttony, lust, sloth), the lust of the eyes (greed), and the pride of life (pride, envy, anger). Overcoming these things should be our life's work.
From the Baltimore Catechism, volume 3:
295. Q. What are the chief sources of sin
A. The chief sources of sin are seven: Pride, Coveteousness, Lust, Anger, Gluttony, Envy, and Sloth and they are commonly called capital sins.

According to The Bible... "...SIN IS the TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW." (I John 3:4)Paul tells us that law is the Ten Commandments."What shall we say then? Is the law sin? GOD FORBID. Nay, I had not known sin, but BY the law: for I had not known LUST, except the law had said, THOU SHALT NOT COVET." (Rom.7:7)The law that says "thou shalt not covet" is the "tenth commandment." These laws "define" sin... according to the Bible. The punishment [or the wages we earn] for the breaking of these laws is "death." That makes them "deadly."Therefore, the "deadly sins" listed in the Bible are found in Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5... but, they are "Ten"... not seven.Roman Catholic AnswerThe Seven Deadly Sins: PrideGreedLustAngerGluttonyEnvySlothare a catechical formulation which, as such, are not found in the Bible.
