You need to download Windows Pack 2 to get the firewall and virus protection free.
The computer administrator determines what the Firewall properties will be. The firewall is accessed through the control panel.

As far as I know there is no possibility of toggling at one click. The method is: Control panel > System > Windows Firewall ... then on the left hand panel click on "Turn on and off firewall"
