I was quite interested in the same answer too (hence stumbling across your question in a web search lol). I haven't found the answer yet, but I believe they both are fairly similar. The only differences I've found so far are appearance, and I believe the 755320 beeps when you change the temperature, and the 751320 does not beep. Oh, and the 751320 may only let you change the temp in 5 degree increments, whereas the 755320 may let you change every degree (1 degree increments). Though take this with a grain of salt, I'm just reading random reviews online.
